How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as your purchase has been approved.

Can I change my order?
We can change or remove items from your order if it has not been picked up and processed by our warehouse.


Forgot your password
Click on? "Log in" and said? "Forgot your password". Fill in the e-mail you have registered with, and we will send you a link that you follow to change your password.


Delivery time
Delivery normally takes between 5-10 working days after the package is sent from us. During periods of high demand, the delivery time may be somewhat longer. If you have not received your package within 16 days, you as a customer are responsible for contacting us. We use the postal company DHL for our deliveries.

Return and right of withdrawal
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days after you have received your order. For collection in the store, the right of withdrawal starts to run 5 working days after the order is registered and you are notified that the package is ready for collection. The right of withdrawal applies even if the goods are on sale. Attached to all orders is a return form, which must be used. Upon return, the item must be unused, the labels must be on and the item must be sent in return in its original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that for hygienic reasons can not be resold. We hereby point out that jewelery, tights, underwear, etc. can not be returned / exchanged.

Complaint
If there is a defect with the item, you have the right to make a complaint for 2 years from the time you received the item. This presupposes that you notify us within a reasonable time and that you submit a receipt and / or order number that the item has been purchased from us. The right to make a complaint lapses if the product has been used abnormally or washed incorrectly.

We point out that the following deviations or situations may occur:
- The item may be sold out.
- Colors may differ from reality.
- Typos in the product description
- Deviations may occur as our warehouse is regulated electronically.
